iOS 12.3 freezing and crashing iPhone 6s

I have an iPhone 6s and an SE the 6s is freezing randomly after update and was just serviced by apple on 5-18-19 with new battery. Freezing after leaving FaceTime to the point of reboot each time. Freezing during YouTube and lagging audio behind from Bluetooth connections ( lips don’t synchronize with audio output from Bluetooth in videos from YouTube and from Tv app

Something could have gone wrong during the update. I'd try to install a fresh copy of iOS 12.3.


Create a full backup of that iphone 6s, then follow the steps provided in this support guide, and, in the end, set your device up as new:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

When done, test it for a while, without restoring data from your backup. If it works fine, you can exclude hardware failures. So restore data from your previously made backup.


If you get no improvements after the above procedure, since your iPhone was serviced at an Apple Store, take it back there and explain your problem. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
