Hey so ive have tons and tons of music on my  itunes and i missed 1 billing date by 2 days and all of the sudden all of my music is gone ive have hours on hours of music and i was gonna pay it just was wondering if i pay it will my music come back

I'm afraid this is what happens when you allow the subscription to lapse, and you will have to download all the songs again.
