Apple Cash Disappeared from my Phone

I used to have Apple Cash with a balance over $100.

For some reason, I was missing some transactions so I called Apple support and they told me to turn off Apple Cash and turn it back on to see if it'll refresh.

As soon as I turned it off, the option just vanished.

The Apple support person kept telling me to turn it back on and I had to keep telling her that the option it self disappeared.

Did my money just disappear? Who can I contact if Apple Support has no idea what's going on.

So, I went through a few Apple support specialists (the ones in India were like a broken record btw), and ended with a very helpful lady on my 5th try. This is how to fix it.

Go to Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Turn on Wallet
Go to Settings > General > Language & Region > Region > Make sure you are using United States

Boom! You will see the option in your Wallet for Apple Cash!

Where are you located? Did you try to force restart the device? Have you tried going to settings>general>reset>and reset your location and privacy?
