Videos keep pausing and unpausing on different internet browsers

Hey, I noticed this started about a week ago, but videos on either youtube or netflix have been pausing and unpausing on different internet browsers. I use mainly chrome on my macbook air. I have cleared the cache, I have done the software updates, and the whole nine yards. I do not understand why it is still pausing and unpausing videos. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem or if anyone can help me fix this because it's really weird and I don't know what else to do.

Does this issue occur if you disable Bluetooth on your Mac? Using a Bluetooth mouse, keyboard, or trackpad with your Mac - Apple Support
