I spilled a sugary drink on my phone and the speakers sound weird after

I spilled a sugary drink on my phone (I didn't add the sugar, the sugar is originally in the drink, idk if that helps) and now the speakers sound kind of dulled down and theres a weird sound when ever a sound comes out of the phone
