My girlfriend was using her iphone for over 2 years, yesterday she changed the password.
So she tried to login this morning, kept trying and got it stuck, until the connect to itunes showed up.
Long story short, the only email she has linked to it is the icloud email its self, so can't send a link to an email to reset it... the security question, she says she wasn't the one who created the account 2 years ago.
Any suggestions ?
Have the owner of the account contact Apple and inform them of this. Apple will see what’s going on.
