cellular data failed to update after hit iPhone x

so I accidentally hit my phone hard and the screen was still working but it had two green lines in the middle. then I look at the service and it says no service with an error sign. after that I open my phone and I got a message saying cellular data failed to update and when I go to settings then cellular data it tells me to update my cellular data. I tried everything, I even downloaded and updated my phone from iTunes and nothing worked, I fixed the screen but the service problem didn't get fixed.

any suggestions ?
