Iphone refusing to allow me into regular apps and sites ..

It appears that my iphone wont allow me into a regular sites; i think with an 18 rating .. a dating site .. i tried a couple of adult sites to see and it wont even recognise them on the browser

there is no advisement of an age block has been put in place as has happened before .. airplane mode reset that ...

any ideas of why this has started to occur ..

no upgrade or reboot just safari cannot access this page ...?
