Family Sharing

My daughter recently got a new phone and I bought apple music. Under settings her phone says “set up family sharing” but when we try to set her up to my family it says she’s already in one.

'Set up family sharing' means for her to be the organizer. Obviously she can't be that if you already are. You have to invite her to the family.
