Put my watch down on a table to take a shower and EMS showed up, my watch had sent a false fall detection message to 911. Awkward & embarassing. I have turned off fall detection. Apple needs to fix this. There is such a thing as calling wolf.

Fall Detection is a software feature that can be tweaked over time. In this case, the Watch thought you had fallen and you missed the notification from it asking if you were ok. It’s not perfect (and never will be). For more info on Fall Detection, see here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208944
