Podcast image has updated on podcast app but will not update on iTunes Store

My charities website is hosted through Squarespace and we have starting podcasting and are using Squarespace as our host. I have followed the correct procedures to get our podcast on iTunes through RSS feeds and apple connect. We have just updated our podcast artwork and I have changed it on our Squarespace feed but when I go onto the iTunes Store our old image is still showing. I have looked through multiple threads and cannot find what I need and would really appreciate help getting our new image to show on iTunes.

The first URL is a web page, not a feed. The feed is at

https://jeremy-sargent-ykdf.squarespace.com/listen?format=rss

The image is 1070 x 1070 px: it must be at least 1400 x 1400 px (and not more than 3000 x 3000 px). Also the file size is way too large at 1.5MB: it must be less than 500kB. All this is why it hasn't updated.

Once you have corrected this it may take several days for the image to update: make sure you give the image a different filename from the previous one or the Store will have no way of knowing it's changed.
