Plugins missing in Safari

I think a plugin is missing for Safari. All of the sudden webpages load but are missing parts of the page like log in at the top of said page. I'm using 10.13.6 on my MacBook Pro.

website preferences in safari does not have pop up windows setting In the safari preferences, under the Website preferences tab, there is no Pop-up Windows setting to even select. Running High Sierra 10.13.6 and Safari 12.1.2 -- has most current updates. Currently running bitdefender but had uninstalled it to see if any change and none noted. The missing Pop-up Windows setting is missing with or without bitdefender. I called Apple support and they were a bit miffed as well.

Unable to see Pop up window menu under Safar->Preference ->Websites. Safari version 13.1 Recently after some updates in the OS , I'm facing issue on unwanted pop up opens whenever i search anything irrespective of browser. I read some blog noted need to maintain such in the pop up window. Here, unable to see pop up window menu under Safar->Preference ->Websites. How to show the menu? Using Safari version 13.1 and OS version10.13.6 (macOs HighSierra) Can anyone help on to get of this issue?

Safari Preferences For Pop-ups When attempting to set preferences for popups in the Safari Preferences Menu, Pop-Up Windows does not appear on the left hand menu under Websites as described in the Safari User Guide. I'm on a 16" MacBook Pro running Monterey 12.6.
