Double Youtube premium subscription
I have 2 subscriptions for youtube premium on my account. One is related to my google email - vis*****@gmail.com, another related to my appleId - by****19@gmail.com.
basically both of them are serving same purpose - same family is using same subscription. But I am being billed twice for last month or two.
three days ago I’ve found out that I have double subscription in my yt music app, and cancelled that which was served by my appleId, but today I got billed for this subscription by apple again.
i think that it is not right.
Also I can’t reach apple support directly, because customer support page is returning error over and over again.
Please fix my problem.
