PC Itunes Movies Play button not showing up

I have iTunes 12 on my PC. I went in to watch some movies I've purchased, and some of them do not have the play button on the cover art. All movies were purchased through iTunes, but some of them will not allow me to play. To be clear, I am trying to play them through the itunes program. The movies are not downloaded...I am trying to stream them. About 10% of them don't allow me to play them through streaming.

For example, I have 150 movies on itunes, and about 15-18 don't show a play button. Thor dark world doesn't have it, but Thor and Thor ragnarock do. Jurassic Park 3 doesn't have the button, but Jurassic world fallen kingdom does.
