iTunes movies

When I select this icon, the selection of movies does not show up. There is just a blank screen.

This is on your Apple TV 4?

try force quitting the app (Double tap the Home button to bring up the app switcher, select the App and swipe up to close it, then you could also restart your ATV
check your network as well.
