Apple Airpods and Windows 10 - Skype for Business/Lync - Making it work

Hello, i finally fixed the issue which i didn't find elsewhere, about the Apple Airpods not working properly on Windows 10 and Skype for Business/Lync.

Since i applied the fix below it never happened again! Hence, i'll post it here for everyone:

1-Remove any syncs from Windows of your Apple Airpods.

2-Start the Sync process from scratch (hold your Airpod's buttom and find the device on Windows).

3-Right click your sound tray icon, click Sound

4-Go to Playback tab

5-There you will have 2 devices after syncing your Airpods, let them like this:

a)Headset AirPods Hands-Free - DISABLE IT

b)Headphones Airpods Stereo - LET IT ENABLED AND SET AS DEFAULT

6-Go to Recording tab

7-There you will have the Headset AIrpods Hands-Free. DISABLE IT

8-In the end your AIrpods will only serve to listen to audio, but your microphones will not work and, instead, you need to use your pc's.

I haven't come with a solution yet to make the Airpods Microphones work, but i will keep trying. I am pretty sure it to be a driver/bluetooth issue on WIndows, as i have zero issues while syncing with my Samsung Galaxy S8+ and it works flawlessly.

Cheers!
