Voicemail greeting sent up

I’m trying to sent up greeting on the phone but I get a call voicemail icon when I go to the voicemail screen. No option to change greeting. Please help.

Visual voicemail setup iphone11 My Apple IPhone 11 only says call voicemail under the phone app. It says nothing about setting up or greeting options. Below is a screenshot what my voicemail screen looks like

That means your phone isn't set up with Visual Voicemail. To rectify the issue, you need to call your phone carrier and they need to provision your line to use VVM.
