I'm trying to delete some "old" Folders in my AOL Mail account. I'm told to right click on the folder and then click on Delete. However the box that comes up does not have delete or rename in it. Did not have this problem on my previous PC with Windows 10.
What am I doing wrong???

I can't test on Mojave, here's on 10.13.6, but you still didn't answer where they are located...
Also check Mail's Mailbox menu item for Delete Mailbox once one is highlighted.
Are you running in an Admin account?
Are these folders on the AOL Server or On My Mac?
I set them up when I bought the IMac in April of this year. I'm not sure but I believe that it is an issue with the IMac. Everything I can find says if you want to delete or rename a folder, just RIGHT click and pick that option. All I get when I do this is a panel that says "Look Up /Copy/Search/Print/Inspect/Search/Services.
I've not had this issue with my old Windows 10 operating system so I think it's my new Apple OS operating system.

I was using the AOL "Standard" version. When I saw the picture that you sent with your reply it didn't look like the page I was on so I switched to the AOL Basic/Accessible version and was able to delete the folder.
AOL has a small banner that says that this version is optimized for my browser, it sure gives me more options.
