Apple TV App

I am having trouble on figure out how to watch a movie w/ Apple TV on my 7 Plus. When i click on the movie i get an alert that states, " To watch this video, change your restriction setting". When i go in to my settings everything looks fine.

I'm not how to resolve this? Help? Please and thanks!
