Bluetooth Speaker and Mouse Interference

Hi all!

I have a Logitech bluetooth mouse and a bluetooth speaker connected to my MacBook Pro 2018. The speaker can only work properly if the mouse is not on. As soon as I turn the mouse on, the speaker starts to fail to the point the connection is lost sometimes.

I have looked for an answer on how to make both work at the same time but could't find it anywhere. I already tried turning the bluetooth off on my Mac, disconnecting and reconnecting the devices, but these simple solutions don't work. Does anyone have a clue on how to solve this?
