Two iCloud accounts on same PC

My wife and I share the same PC. We have a joint e-mail account (trust issues) and only a single user account on the PC. The problem is, she can't access photos in iCloud on the PC because the iCloud Photos is linked to my phone. How can she access her icloud photos on this PC without creating a separate User account?

How can I get my wife's iPhone photos to also upload to our iCloud files? Use her Apple ID on iCloud.com to access her photos.
