adding card

My debit card on file had to be changed because of some fraudulent activity. I'm trying to add a card but it won't let me without verifying the card on file now but everytime I put in the CVV number it declines obviously because the card has been canceled. But when I try to add a card it doesn't work either and taking off a card doesn't work because I have a subscription under that card so it won't allow me to remove it add a new one? It's a catch 22 and extremely frustrating.

Try adding the new card and removing the old one via https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage


If that also doesn't work contact iTunes Support and see if they can help you do it :  http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww  (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
