iPhone 8 disabled & NEED TO RECOVER DATA

iPhone 8 is disabled, and has valuable data on it. I forgot my password so my phone got disabled indefinitely, and now I need to connect to iTunes in order for it to restore the phone. However, I don't have a backup for the data on the phone, and I don't want to lose anything in the restore process- what can I do in this case? I called our local apple reseller, but they can't help me without formatting the phone. HELP. Can the support team re-able the phone if I pass on the serial number?

iPhone 8, iOS 12

If the phone is disabled, then your only option is to restore it.

It's too late to recover your data. Anything that wasn't already backed up or synced to the cloud is gone.

You need to back it up before something goes wrong, not after...
