tccd process kills the cpu

Hi, using a MPB13" 2017 2,3GHz I5 8Gb.

Same sec I open wineskin, a root process called "tccd" starts and jumps upp to 300-400% of CPU and forces the fans to max speed.

Tried to create a new user on the computer, running nothing but Wine and didn't even connect my Apple-ID, but same problem occurs.

Have been searching the web and found out that this "tccd" process have been making problem since Mojave were introduced. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

You just have to go to System Preferences → Security & Privacy → Privacy → Contacts and disable whatever apps are causing "tccd" to spike up in CPU usage

Thats super strange, "tccd" is the contact manager and regulates what apps can and can not access your contacts, when does it exactly start hogging all of the CPU?

I actually came across that post earlier, but I have no apps using "Contacts"
