Query regarding the new ECG feature roll out in the EU.

Greetings!

My query is related to the new apple watch ECG feature which has been rolled out across the 18 additional EU countries a few months ago.

I reside in Romania and use an iPhone 7 bearing model # MNCD2LL along with an apple watch bearing model # MU6L2AE. After doing some research I was able to find out (which I am guessing is correct) that my iPhone is a US version and the apple watch is a UAE version. Both these devices along with others that I am using are all synced with my apple ID which is having regional settings for Romania.

After having updated both the iPhone and the apple watch, I am still unable to view this feature on the watch nor the Health App on the phone. I would appreciate if someone can help me work around this so I can view, set up and use this ECG feature rolled out for EU countries.
