Rain in Apple Watch
My watch got wet in a rain storm and now the screen doesn’t automatically appear when I turn my wrist. I have to push the button to see the face. I ejected the water as it said to do. What now?

Have you possibly engaged Theatre mode? Check the Control Center to make sure that the icon with the two masks is not selected.

Eject the water again...then reset your Watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
