Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
iMac 27", after Mojave update - safari, mail, app store, itunes store non-functional except for a short time after a cold reboot. The system is unstable and unpredictable. Why? How to fix this? Have been frustrated by this for nearly 2 weeks - need it fixed.

I did test all of this in safe mode, issues do not occur with any of the 4 problem apps. Firefox functioned as it should, so some software/setting/nasty anomaly seemed to be the culprit. Have just worked this problem with the assistance of an Apple Advisor via telecon, - ran Malwarebytes and so far so good - it seems to be resolved (again). Will post back here if it recurs. Thx for the reply.
