_CodeSignature CodeResources file pops up in Finder

When I start my iMac Finder immediately pops up with the _CodeSignature CodeResources file. I close Finder and do not have any other known issues. I have run the Disk Repair and it found no issues. I want to make sure there is not an issue and would like to eliminate this annoyance. I did replace my video card several months ago, but this a fairly new issue. I also upgraded to High Sierra. I think it started shortly after that.

iMac 27", macOS 10.13

EtreCheck is a simple little app to display the important details of your system configuration and allow you to copy that information to the Clipboard. It is meant to be used with Apple Support Communities to help people help you with your Mac.

Pastebin is a good place to paste the whole report...

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck.
