anyone else having a battery problem after last update???
I'm sure there are some people who are. I'm not. Use your iPhone for 72 hours then check Settings > Battery and see what processes/apps are using most of your battery. And check your battery health while you are there.
Mine too. And the phone front camera gets really hot and my Face ID can’t be use due to hot camera to detect face
Any ways to prevent over heating phone? And battery draining very fast too!
Yup I did and set an appointment for tomorrow to check on the problem. Thanks
When I hold in the power and home buttons (different on other models) until the apple symbol appears the drainage problem goes away for a few days
my old iphone 6 is updated to iOS 12.4 and yesterday the battery health was at 94% and now i checked the battery health and it was at 90%. i only charged the phone once tho
Yes..I also am experiencing shorter battery life on my phone after the update..
Went to be at 1am with 100% battery, no apps open but took it off the charger. 8 hours later I woke up with 15% battery. This is ridiculous!!
Same here, updated to IOS 12.4. Problem still exist. Tried factory reset but problem still exist. Don’t know what else to do.
Have you contacted Apple Support?
Is there any update for this?! I seriously have the same issue!!!!!!!! Help!!!
Jesus! Looks like Apple won’t care and can’t do much about this?! Guess I better not update...
No, 12.4 was not released to specifically deal with this matter.
If it’s 6 weeks old, then bring it back. I believe ur still under warranty, right?!
So update to 12.4
No significant figure that 12.4 is gonna change this issue and it does have bad comments as well.
