IPHONE X CAMERA PROBLEM FOR SECOND TIME
I am an Iphone X
user and have been using for a year and four months. I am using iphone x
starting in February 2018. Problems have occurred to my iphone x on 28 May 2018
where back camera looks purple spots. Since that time the iphone x I am still
in the warranty, I have sent to the authorized distributor (Mac City Aeon
Cheras Selatan) of apple for the repair and no charge is charged to me. THANK
YOU!!.
Unfortunately, on June 9 2019, the problem with the camera came back and this time it looked
black blurry spot on screen when I wanted to take a picture. On Apple's customer
service advice, I have reshipped my iphone x to authorized Apple distributor to
see the problem, and confirmation to my iphone x there is no water entry or any
damage that caused my camera to be problematic. It occurred due to the camera
installed on previously back problematic. Since my iphone x has run out of
warranty, I was asked to pay RM450 from apple authorised to replace the new
camera and Apple said it’s not our responsibility which is this camera was install
more than 3 months.
My question here,my iphone x camera function is good for one year only? whereas I have bought
the highest product of apple in early 2018 and have spent around almost RM5000.
Was it fair for me to accept this problem, whereas technical officers confirmed
the problem occurred because the camera was damaged and not due to my negligence
and what are quality product apple bring to customer?
I have been used apple product since Iphone 4, 5, 6, and no issue at all. That why I’m confident
with quality bring by apple for previous product. But with dealing with my
iphone X currently, im really disappointed which is for the second times the
camera problem for me WITHIN 1 year 4 MONTH.
