Apple Watch Series 3 GPS inaccuracy with Strava

The GPS on my iPhone X is interfering with the GPS on my Apple Watch when using the Strava app on my watch. I am getting very inaccurate distances and my Strava lines are all over the show! Is there any way of getting around this other than putting my iPhone on Airplane mode? The issue only seemed to start a couple of months ago so I am not sure if their was an update that caused the issue. Both phone & watch are currently up to date.

I would use one or the other don’t use both. Use the Strava app on the watch. See how you get on

I’m only using the Strava app on my watch, but I carry my phone with me as well. I was advised by Strava support that the GPS on my phone will interfere with the watch unless on airplane mode.
