iPhone hacked,Enhanced Management,SIM SWAP
My new IPhone was stolen from my doorstep. The next day my old phone received a “SIM Failure.” My replacement for the stolen phone was activated the next day. I began receiving numerous phishing texts and Emails. My texts and calls were being intercepted and texts sent and deleted by another device on my phone. Log is too long to paste but it shows “Apple Samsung SPI COntroller,” “Apple Smart SPIDMac COntroller, “Private Enhanced Management profile,” “familycircled,” Marco framework, Keylogger, proxy configurations, and on & on. Any searches I initiated on my browser would either be shut down or I received an “Error. Could not connect to Server” notification. I stopped receiving Emails, as they were intercepted. I began seeing Sprint appearing along with my Verizon in bundle ID. I would find files being transferred via AirDrop to an unknown Bluetooth device. My phone was useless and I kept it in airplane mode. I was dismissed by Apple, Verizon, and my husband; all saying iPhones are impenetrable and remote Management was impossible; and there was no profile in my settings. Don’t let anyone tell you you’re doing something wrong or diagnostics mean nothing to you! I had to figure it out on my own. I learned that I was the victim of a SIM swap a month ago. I googled Keywords Sprint Enhanced Management and found My Sprint Business Enhanced Management...the information there is not very forthcoming. Following my gut instinct, I called Sprint and learned that one of my Emails had been used to open an account with them...with several phones under Remote Management..under my name and info; Fraud and identify theft! I now have to go through a long, arduous process of recovery, and Sprint is not accessible or helpful at all! Since billing addresses are not mine, I will have no clue as to the financial loss until it goes to collection. Follow your instinct and don’t let anyone dismiss your concerns. Cybercrime is on the rise, and cell phone fraudulous account activations are occurring at terrifying rate! I just did a free credit report and found several soft inquiries; put a security freeze on, and that’s where I’m at at the moment. You’ll find no answers in these pages, but pay attention to those of us who have been victimized. It happens!
