installing windows 10 pro on a MacBook pro 2014

When I first installed using bootcamp it had create a windows 10 or later install disk and download the latest windows support software boxes checked but install or remove windows 10 is greyed and I can’t check it. I went through bootcamp assistant trying to see if it would help I downloaded and saved to flashdrive the boot disk I told it where to find the iso and it saved to flash drive after it tells me to install support software. Why is that box greyed out? I have 161gb free.

I ran those they didn't seem to react. I found on bootcamp that its saying the startup disk does not have enough space to be partitioned and that I must have 39 GB of free space available. I have looked up solutions 1 being delete and turn off time capsule and clear the time capsule hidden files. I did this. 2 was clear up files in about this mac storage. Any idea why I cant partition and install windows?
