Safari problems with Spectrum internet

Spectrum internet having problems with with Safari. Works properly with Firefox. Keeps going off & on with Safari. Could this be Spectrum hasn't updated to the 64 bit & is still using 32 bit equipment????

Thanks for the reply, I spent some time with Apple support and they figured out Safari was timing out after 10-15 minutes because of a malware problem (it also started doing it with Firefox). Downloaded "malwarebytes" free trial, did the sweep twice and no more problems!!! The problem started about two weeks after I switched from Frontier to Spectrum.

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
