Musi app keeps crashing on the iPhone

When I downloaded the app from the store last year, it has a 4.8 star rating. But now, it is the only app that constantly reloads and crashes when the iPhone screen is turned off or if it is in the home screen (whenever it is outside of the app window). With that restriction, it defeats the purpose of using the app, because if it restricts these actions, then it is pretty much YouTube. Even YouTube doesn't crash when out of the screen or inactive for a long time. It refreshes and reloads after 5 minutes of inactivity (when the music is not playing), making us miss the time. The Apple Music app never crashes in the middle of the way, and when I stop the music (even if I leave the phone there not playing music for 24 hours, it still is on the screen, and I can go back to where I left off. But for musi, it refreshes, and constantly crashes in the middle, and plus when playing the music, it does not show the music in the progress bar. How can I report the app to Apple Developer?
