Photos library has been moved and will not go back to Library Systems

HI,

I'm having difficulty moving all of my photos with the Icon on m y desktop back to Mac desktop Hardrive - User (Me)- Systems- Library- Photos Library


Instead it was moved to Mac Hardrice- Users- (Me)- here a Pictures folder was moved out of the Library typed above. Now when I try to carry it back into the system typed above it does not allow.

I need help putting it back bc it part of the iCloud . Now it is not in Iclud and I'm afraid to lose everything

Please help

Your Photos Library should be in the folder

MacintoshHD > Users > Your Name > Pictures


I am not sure, where youmoved the libraary to, but it must not be in the Library folder in your home folder or any of the system library folders. And the Photos Library must not be in iCloud Drive either. To sync your photos with iCloud enable iCloud Photos in the Photos Preferences, but do not move the library into any cloud storage. That will damage the library.\
