scam text?

This morning I had what I believe, now, to be a scam text from ‭+44 7724 746145‬ saying my iTunes account was restricted and I needed to visit https://apple.com.itunes-management.services/ to fully restore services. I should have realised Apple wouldn't split an infinitive...

Is this a scam? Looks like it. Anyway I reset everything so should be safe again, although I did, regrettably, fill in some personal data.

Apple doesn't send texts, accounts don't get 'restricted', and Apple knows your name. You could forward it to Apple : Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
