Which homepage? You mention Nike, but when you go to the Apple Watch homepage, at the very top it shows the Infograph Modular, which is only available on the Apple Watch series 4. Any Nike branded face is only available on the Apple Watch Nike edition. While the Nike watch has their faces as well as the standard Apple Watch faces, the standard Apple Watch does not contain, nor can it get, the Nike faces.

I believe that you need to have the Nike + version to get that and on it need to be the 4 series

Many of the newer watch faces will only work on the Series 4. Again, not knowing exactly which watch face you are referring to, it is possible the one you are referring to will only work on the Series 4.
