Request to check my case for iPhone X and Help Please

I Karan Veer Singh, having an iPhone X 64 GB
I recently diagnosed my iPhone X for General Purpose since the Warranty was ending. I got it Diagnosed from Tresor-Apple Service Centre Noida on 08 May 2019 and the customer service representative told that there is some issue with the sound receiver. So, they asked me to deposit the phone so that they can get it repaired (Display Change).
When I got the iPhone X back on 11 May 2019 from Tresor-Apple Service Centre Noida , one (bottom) screw was missing, I didn’t notice before taking the iPhone.
After 3 days the phone automatically shutdown and restarted with the logo 2 times.
I took my phone to Pool (less than half a meter and for less than 5 minutes) for photos, which we used to click before getting iPhone X repaired also. But this time the phone automatically shutdown and restarted many times like it did after 3 days of repair.
I took my phone to Tresor-Apple Service Centre Noida on 13 June 2019 6:30 p.m., they didn’t help me well.
Then I took my phone to RADIUS SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED on 2019-Jun-17, 02:00 PM they told me that one screw was missing which lead the water get inside the phone. This was the mistake of Tresor-Apple Service Centre Noida.
While restoring via iTunes it is showing error 4013.
Please help me with this!
