I buy an iphone xs max from dubai, now i live in Pakistan, can i unlock facetime??

But what if i factory rest my phone and use my local carrier in Pakistan?
Lastly plz tell, i normally don't use facetime so can i keep my phone?? I just actually want to know, is it ok to buy iphone with facetime locked? My iphone will otherwise work normal?

Yes all the features that work in the UAE also work anywhere else. See, this is why you should have not bought your XS Max in a country where FaceTime (and other services) are blocked. You can't unlock them even if you are in a different country.
As said, you can't.
Middle East iPhone cannot use FaceTime overseas.
Buy iPhone from Pakistan where FaceTime is not banned.
