In app purchase- asking me to repay

ive Purchased an in app add on - told me the purchase was successfully done - but when I go to use - asks me to pay again ....!?


The app is “PicFrame” and there is no customer support option


what do I do?

You'll have to contact the developer, as PicFrame is not an Apple Product.
