In app purchase- asking me to repay

ive Purchased an in app add on - told me the purchase was successfully done - but when I go to use - asks me to pay again ....!?

The app is “PicFrame” and there is no customer support option

what do I do?

App Store wants me to pay again I’ve previously purchased an app, I uninstalled it for a little while, I’ve gone back to install it again and the App Store is asking me to pay again, I’ve looked in my “Purchased” apps and the app isn’t there, this hasn’t happened before, I’ve reached out to the app developer and they are saying that it isn’t a problem at their end. any suggestions?

You'll have to contact the developer, as PicFrame is not an Apple Product.
