Loop tagging app alternatives?

An app that I have requires me to upgrade my laptop from Sierra to Mojave, which will render Apple Loops Utility inoperable. Aurchitect’s Loop Editor can no longer be bought, either. I’m at my wits’ end now because I can’t find a utility such as this that will help me import the loops that I make into GarageBand that can be seen and behave properly. The GarageBand’s built-in function in this regard is woefully inadequate and not powerful enough to do what I need. Are there any other apps that are comparable to these two that do the correct tagging? Any help is appreciated. Peace.
