Private Safari keeps signing me out from my Facebook account every time I clicked on open in a new tab.

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.13

When using Private Windows, Safari doesn't save data for reuse. When you click open in new tab, it doesn't 'remember' you were on the page before. Older article, but the basics remain the same.

To the best of my knowledge, you can't. Not remembering is the main purpose of Private Browsing. You need to use a normal window to do that.
