apple watch series 3 hardware

this is ehsan. i bought an apple watch series 3 two days ago in UAE. it is 38mm and GPS one.

i bought it for my wife. and bring it to my own country. it was just a gift so i didn't open it there.

when we opened it, there was not the charger inside. it has the cable but no charger included.

i have two questions:

1. is this regular and natural that it does not have the charger? is it possible that this is not an original one?!!!
2. if this is quite natural, can i use my IPAD AIR2's charger for chrging the apple wathc? or even my iphone 7? i mean is it ok to chrge it with htese two? doesn't it harm or damage my iwatch?
