airpods 2 settings

hi all.

i tried to edit my airpods settings by clicking on the "i" button in the bluetooth page,

and i see only "forget" and "disconnect".. i cant see all the airpods settings.

what to do?

My Airpods Pro won't provide settings. How do I fix my airpods Pro so that I can access settings through the (i) in the bluetooth settings? I've attempted to reset my airpods (following the instructions to the 't'). I've unpaired/ forgotten the device, and paired again. I've gone through the whole chat and call process with apple support. Nothing. They also don't show up in the >about area in >general under >settings.
