Cartoon Network in the Apple TV app - Change your restriction settings

Has anyone been able to use the Cartoon Network app in the Apple TV app successfully since the last update?? Every time I try to launch an episode or show, it tells me to change my restriction settings. The problem is, I don't have any. There is a thread on reddit it about it as well, but not much traction. Does anyone else have this working? Any ideas how to reset any of this?
