Restore from icloud

I just bought IPhone XR to upgrade my iPhone 8plus but when I am going to restore from my iCloud back up (iPhone 8plus 12.3.2) it says the back up it’s not compatible with The new (iPhone XR 12.3.1)

i tried to update the new iPhone XR to the latest version but it seems that 12.3.2 it’s only available for iPhone 8plus

Restoring Backups Hello! This afternoon I went and purchased the new iPhone Xs Max. Prior to doing so I backed up my iPhone 8 Plus (The one I was using before the purchase). I brought my iPhone Xs Back home and proceeded to set it up and restore my backup from iCloud. The issue is that the iOS version 12.3.2 is required however, when I go to update the iPhone Xs via iTunes on a computer it says to me that iOS 12.3.1 is the most current version of iOS. I have no clue where to proceed from here, I use my phone for a lot of business and I would greatly appreciate any responses or hints as to what I might do. Thank you so much!

IOS 15.1.1 Restore BROKEN I'm trying to restore a iCloud backup from my iPhone 6s that has IOS 15.1.1 to my new iPhone 12. The process stops and wont go any further then the software update page. The only options I do have are to go back or the review the learn more options. Has anyone else seen this issue?

You may have to wait till iPhone XR gets higher iOS version.
