Credit Card update
how do I verify a payment so I can update my credit card before ICloud downgraded my account? I’ve tried everything but it won’t let me delete the old card or add a new one.

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
If you still can't change your payment info, contact iTunes Store and explain your problem, filling out and sending them this form: iTunes Store – Contact Us – Apple Support
