ICloud access

I sent my daughter my wifes old phone but she is having trouble logging into the icloud account. My wife cannot recall the password (we really didn't use it much). What can I do?

My husbands phone broke (android, boooo), and my mom, who is diagnosed with dementia had an iPhone 6 s plus that was an older unlocked phone so she gave it to him. I brought it into the Verizon store and with a new SIM card they successfully transferred it over to his number. However, the phone is still signed into her iCloud and she doesn’t remember her password. He doesn’t have an Apple ID bc he has always used android phones. how do we erase and factory reset the iPhone so he can create an iCloud account and log it in to this phone so he can personalize it and download his own apps? I appreciate any and all help!! also we do not own a laptop to plug it into and I don’t have many friends in this area so I don’t know anyone who has one either so that option is out… thank you for taking the time to read my story!! 💜💜

Reset iCloud password Hey guys, I have a bit of a problem.. my little brother bought an iPhone and the store gave him some iCloud account.. it was like a lot of time ago and he can't remember the password.. the problem now that he have a new phone (galaxy) and I can't figure out how can I even reset the password if he's phone not getting the "allow" notification.. any suggestions?

iCloud Access My wife can't remember her iCloud password, and can't access the email address it's linked to either. Any help? Does she need to do a factory reset for her iPhone?
